Coiling dragon aka panlong

Okay, I had little to no intention of reviewing this book because I somewhat had the feeling that all those who read wuxia have already read all that could be read about this book. But, that's quite the
opposite. Many have not read about it and from my last post about in a different world with Naruto system, one would think this is a bad book. I'm here to set things straight.

Caution: Never read a light novel with less than 200 released translated chapters.

Worry not. The warning above does not refer to this book. This book was already completed long time ago. So, without wasting words, I'm going to jump into the review.

This book is about Linley Baruch. He was a young boy from a small village with bigger guts than many. He picked up a ring with contained the soul of an expert who went ahead to teach him ahead of
his peers. Linley adventures the world till he transcends to become a god and high god and so on.

I know what your thinking. What so good about this book? I'll tell you. This is wuxia in its purest form. For those who do not understand what the word wuxia and xanxia means, let me explain. The word wuxia means pursuit for power. While xanxia means pursuit for immortality. So let me spell it out to you guys. Linley took it to the maximum. He went all the way to even meet the creator of the cosmos till he himself became one.

I know I know, if I think the book is that good, then why did I say I didn't like the ending? Hear me out first. So Linley meets the creator , every body thinks he's dead, they cry their eyes out and the author said. He descended and people started to call his name in surprise........................................................what?

He just descended? You've got to understand. After everything. He just descended? Did he touch the ground? Did he float? Did he kill off all those he was fighting before he became a creator? Did he settle the feud? So many things were just hanging and he just descended.. I've got to give it to I eat tomatoes, he sure did a number on us all who invested in this book.
